What clients often ask
How do engagements typically begin?
Most engagements begin with an exploratory conversation — either by phone or in person at our Kuala Lumpur office. We find it useful to understand the situation before proposing a structure. There is no obligation during this initial discussion.
Who do you typically work with?
Our clients are primarily C-suite and senior leadership team members across the private and public sectors in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. We have worked with organizations in financial services, infrastructure, professional services, and government-linked entities.
How long does an engagement typically last?
This varies by engagement type. Leadership Advisory is typically structured in three to six month blocks with defined meeting cadences. Organizational Design Reviews run four to eight weeks. Advisory Papers are usually completed within three to five weeks from brief sign-off.
Do you work outside of Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While our base is in Kuala Lumpur, we have worked with clients across Malaysia and in several other Southeast Asian markets. A portion of our work is conducted remotely, which can suit clients in other locations.
How do you handle confidentiality?
All client work is conducted under strict confidentiality. We do not discuss client relationships publicly and we do not reference past engagements without the client's knowledge and approval. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is a standard part of our engagement process.
What is the pricing structure?
Our published fees represent a starting point. Leadership Advisory is from RM 5,200, Organizational Design Review from RM 4,100, and Advisory Papers from RM 2,800. Final pricing is discussed and agreed before any engagement begins, with no unexpected additions.
