The advisory paper format

We offer a commissioned research and writing service that sits between a workshop and a full-scale consulting project. Few Malaysian firms have developed this as a formal practice area. It suits questions that benefit from careful written treatment rather than a facilitated group session.

No implementation conflict

Because we do not deliver implementations, we have no reason to recommend one path over another for commercial reasons. This is uncommon among firms that also sell software, change management programmes, or executive search services.
